On 7 August 2007, His Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Bendahara Seri Maharaja Permaisuara Pengiran Muda Haji Sufri Bolkiah Ibni Almarhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien was elected as the Chairman of Shinba-Edaran Sdn Bhd. 

Dato’ Bistamam bin Ramli was then elected Deputy Chairman, while Pengiran Sharifful Bahri bin Pengiran Seri Indera Pengiran Haji Ismail maintained as Managing Director.

HRH Prince Hj Sufri Bolkiah is the younger brother of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Muizzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam.  HRH Prince Hj Sufri Bolkiah is also the President of Brunei Darussalam National Olympic Council.
